24.1 If any committee formed under this Act does or intends to do any work contrary to this Act, the Government of Nepal may issue an order to stop such work. 24.2 The Government of Nepal may cancel any order given by the Committee in accordance with this Act in whole or in part if it deems it necessary keeping in mind the public interest. 24.3 The Government of Nepal may dissolve such a committee if it deems that any committee formed under this Act has completed its duties or "has not complied with its duties or instructions, or if it is deemed unnecessary to maintain the committee". 24.4 In the case of dissolution of the committee as per sub-section 24.3 and in the case of preliminary action before the formation of the committee, the rights and obligations of the committee shall remain with the Government of Nepal.
